No. This service is purchased one month at a time, so you need to make a new purchase each month to continue using it. You will never be charged automatically if you do nothing.
Once payment is complete, the service is usually available immediately through the control panel. Activation may be delayed due to technical issues, identity verification, or similar circumstances.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once service delivery has begun. Exceptions such as duplicate payments, serious service defects, or an inability to provide the service due to our circumstances are handled individually, so please contact us.
The service is intended for bots and lightweight background programs written in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java. Please stay within the memory, CPU, and storage limits of your plan.
Because each month is purchased separately, simply choose a different plan on your next purchase. We do not issue partial refunds or prorated adjustments for changes made during an active period.
Yes. Purchasing an additional server adds another server slot to your existing account. Please note that obtaining duplicate slots by creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the service. Prohibited uses are defined in our Terms of Service.
